Description Of Work: Our primary sump pump in the basement failed, so the backup battery-operated pump kicked in, along with an alarm sound. I called Bruce on a weekend. He got back to me promptly, walked me through the diagnostic procedures while he waited on the phone, and figured out the problem, a bad switch on the primary pump. He came out the next day, installed a switch for free (on warranty). I asked him to inspect both of the pumps, since we rely on them to keep the basement dry. The battery-operated pump was old, and he recommended a new one. He also said there was a new type of primary pump, and that since our primary pump was nearly off warranty, we might think about it. We decided to buy the two pumps, primary and battery-operated. He came back and installed the pumps. He also set up our original battery pump as a 2nd backup, just in case. He explained to me how to operate the pumps, labeled everything clearly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.
Comments: Excellent (see above). We are thoroughly satisfied with the way Bruce helped us over the phone on a weekend, his excellent-quality service, and the well-done installation of the new pumps.
